Business Development Administrator / Coordinator

Responsibilities


  •          Assist drafting /developing business proposal and agreements
  •          Liaises with internal team and clients.
  •          Ad-hoc works as necessary
  •          Assist administrative works in BD team (printing, arranging courier, stamping…etc.)
Qualification


  •          A few years of experience in administration and/or secretarial support. (1-3 years)
  •          New graduates are also welcome
  •          Bachelor degree in related field; Business Administration, Customer services or other related
  •          A team player, willing to communicate and solve problem as a team  
  •          Discreet attitude with responsibility  
  •          Open-minded person and willing to learn
  •          Organizational skill
  •          Ability to draft business proposal and/or contract is an advantage
  •          Good command of Microsoft programs, especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  •          Good written and verbal communication skills both in Thai and English. Mandarin language skill is an advantage
