• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
 • 7–10 years of professional experience with portfolio leadership.
 • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end project delivery with consultant coordination.
 • Strong ability to balance design quality, constructability, and project logistics.
 • Fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; BIM, Rhino, and Lumion a plus.
 • Proven communication skills with ability to lead teams and present confidently to clients.
 • Highly professional and collaborative work ethic.
 • Strong time management, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
