Senior Project Manager (International/India)

Responsibilities
- Manage project scope delivery based on project contract.
- Monitor and manage project scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables
- Monitor and manage billing accuracy, invoicing milestones, and payment follow-up
- Act as primary day-to-day client & consultants’ correspondence.
- Coordinate design, and technical issues, with internal and external teams.
- Prepare/ assist to prepare regional portfolio regular reporting
- Cross-Cultural & Team Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional and diverse project teams, ensuring clear alignment on project goals and expectations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architect, Architecture or related field.
- 5–8 years managing design / consulting projects
- Strong project planning, commercial, and client-facing skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Thai, with the ability to present complex design concepts and commercial terms confidently to senior management and international clients
- Demonstrated empathy, active listening, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle sensitive client situations with diplomacy and professionalism
